There are 5 key elements when assessing a home business opportunity. In this 5LINX review, we will be looking at the products, the leadership, the social proof, third party documentation and the compensation plan.

WARNING: 5LINX is a legitimate company with great telecommunication  products, services, a generous compensation plan and  great leadership. HOWEVER… without a step by step blueprint and a real understanding on how to market this business effectively, ANY IMR for this company is doomed to failure in a highly-competitive and fast moving industry!

 What is 5LINX:

5LINX Entreprises, Inc.  is  a fast growing direct sales company which provides a large variety of telecommunications products and services in the United States, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and 20 countries abroad. It was founded in 2001 and its headquarter is currently based in Henrietta, New York (a suburb of Rochester). The company is based upon 5 principles: vision, integrity, opportunity, freedom and success. The company offers voice over Internet protocol services (VoIP), broadband internet services, wireless phones and accessories, hosted PBX services, broadband home security system solutions. It also offers satellite television services, cellular phones and plans. And it’s not finished, 5LINX offers as well residential and commercial digital telephone services, including local and long distance calling in the United States, Canada, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico, and unlimited international calling services and inbound international numbers. This incredible business  refers itself as  the one-stop shop for all telecommunications products and services for every body. This business distributes its products and services through a network of independent marketing representatives who offer necessary products and services that people use every day.

5LINX leadership:

There are 3 key executives at 5LINX. Craig Jerabeck is the Founder of the company, president and CEO. Then Jed Tyler is the co-founder and Executive Vice President of Marketing and finally Jason Guck is also the co-founder and Executive Vice President of Sales. Jed Tyler and Jason Guck have both an extensive experience in direct marketing, sales and network marketing. Which is always a good sign.

Is 5LINX a scam? Its social presence:

The facts speak for themselves. 14,656 fans on Facebook, 2,564 followers on Twitter, also available on Youtube and many reps on Linkedin, which is the world’s largest professional online network, it is quite unlikely that 5LINX is a scam.

Is 5LINX a scam? Third party documentation:

5LINX was featured in Inc. 500 fastest Growing Company (2006-2009), Direct Selling News, SUCCESS from Home Magazine, Your Business at Home Magazine, DSA Top 100, Rochester Top 100 companies. And no, the company didn’t pay these magazines to be featured in them. These companies only feature true success stories to their customers, else and they loose their credibility and their loyal audience. Results and success are the key to be featured in these magazines.

Is 5LINX a scam? The compensation plan:

You start as an IMR (Independent Marketing Representative). Then there are 5 income levels: Executive Trainer (ET) is the first highest, followed by the Executive Director (ED), National Director (ND), Senior Vice President (SVP) and Platinium Senior Vice President (PSVP).

Start-up costs  are relatively low and representatives can get started for as little as $105 (Customer representative CR) or upgrade to Independent Marketing Representative (IMR) for $275 including VAT (it used to be $499).

Each IMR is paid by commissions (staff commissions, commission open line and generational commission) and there is a $750 Quick Start Bonus for the new reps. The company does have a very generous compensation plan, particularly for those of higher-levels in the business like SVP and PSVP such as stock options, luxury car payment, exclusive vacation, expense account…

At the end of the day, your success is determined by you and how you market the opportunity or products not by your company compensation plan and bonuses.

Learning how to leverage the power of the internet to generate leads online is the best way to get to Platinium with your  business.

5LINX recommends to set a game plan by making a list of potential customers like family, friends, work colleagues, business partners and then meet with your upline. That is the reason why many failed and that’s why some might have accused the company of being a scam. But yes you can make a lot of money  ONLY IF you know how to market your business the right way.

Actually, in the MLM industry as a whole, there is a real lack of current strategies such as internet marketing to generate leads. Making a list of family and friends, giving business cards in shopping malls, organizing hotel meetings, pitching your opportunity to everybody you meet work for some people but not for everybody.

Network marketing is a number game! The more people are exposed to your  business opportunity, the more reps you will be able to recruit and the more money you will be able to make. Click the banner below to found out how.
